agniCRM is a custom online solution for public sector SME development projects to monitor their impact on sales and business development of their clients. The solution helps to record and analyse individual and aggregate data for client companies and to monitor and evaluate advisors working on clients' business development. agniCRM keeps track of company profiles, employee contact details, company financial data, and notes on any meetings and events and allows to see information on any client on one page, e.g. financials, notes, contacts. agniCRM helps to analyse the impact of advisors on clients' sales and can also calculate advisors' bonuses based on pre-determined compensation criteria.

The system has different access levels for administrators, managers (approving any records entered by consultants), consultants, auditors (to conduct audit of the data), and observers (can access only in view mode).

The solution has been successfully implemented and extensively used at two USAID projects implemented by Chemonics in Armenia and Caribbean.
