agniCRM is a custom online solution for public sector SME development projects to monitor their impact on sales and business development of their clients. The e-signature project included analysis and development of a document workflow process. This involved implementation of a document management solution and various forms to store and transmit electronic documents. The solution utilises the power and versatility of Adobe Acrobat electronic forms and a web-based document management solution.
